Section 94(d), Order 40 and section 51(d) deal with Receiver.
A Receiver is neutral, court appointed officer who takes custody, management and protection of property, when the court believes that the property needs protection during the pending suit.
Statutory Provisions-
Sec 94(2) - Court may appoint a receiver of any property and enforce the performance of his duties by attaching and selling his property.
